Pork Chop Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    4 to 6 pork chops or pork steaks (thick)
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry pork chops with sliced onions.
    Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan or roaster.
    Layer potatoes, pork chops (or steak), onion and another layer of potatoes.
    Mix soup and water.
    Pour over layers.
    Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
