Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
 
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all ingredients and place in a large casserole dish. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
 
Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over crackers.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
