Club Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can Pet milk (large)
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. diced chicken
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
    1/4 c. bell pepper
Preparation
    Melt oleo. Add flour, then Pet milk, broth, water and salt. Cook on medium heat until slightly thick. Add pimento, bell pepper and chicken.
    Pour in casserole and bake at 400\u00b0 about 30 minutes. Serve over rice or toast.
