Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Fry sausage.
    Drain and crumble.
    Place flour in a mixing bowl.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add buttermilk and stir until blended. Stir in sausage.
    Knead on a floured board about 10 times.
    Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness.
    Cut with a cutter.
    Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown at 450\u00b0.
