Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. hot cooked rice
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. whole milk
    7 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    dash of nutmeg
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Stir butter into hot rice. Beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Stir egg mixture into hot rice. Stir in raisins that have been rinsed in hot water. Pour into buttered baking dish. Place in a pan of hot water. Should be 1-inch deep. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir gently several times the first 20 minutes.
