Navajo Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
salt
oil
2 c. chopped onions
6 to 8 tsp. chili powder
2 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients with 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl, mixing well.
Knead on floured board until smooth.
Divide into portions and roll out individual fry breads.
Fry in hot, deep oil until brown.
