Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 jars K-C Masterpiece barbecue sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Trim meat; brown in oil with onion.
    Add barbecue sauce and water, mixing together thoroughly.
    Cook for 6 hours on low in crock-pot.
    Before serving, shred beef; put back in sauce.
    Serve on soft buns or rolls.
