Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs (separated)
Preparation
    Mix together salt, bread crumbs, grated cheese and 1 cup scalded milk with 1 tablespoon butter, melted in milk.
    Add 3 slightly beaten egg yolks.
    Beat whites stiff and fold into cheese mixture.
    Pour into well-greased 2 quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4 to 6.
