Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
3 oz. lime juice
whipped cream
graham cracker shell
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Use a grocery store lime juice (I recommend Neiue and Joe's Key lime juice).
Combine egg yolks and condensed milk; mix well and add lime juice very slowly.
Stir until creamy.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let chill.
Place in fridge until cold.
Add whipped cream and top with fresh fruit.
Cut and serve.
