Company'S Coming Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
18 soda crackers, ground fine
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Beat egg whites until just foamy.
Add cream of tartar. Beat until very stiff.
Add
sugar
gradually.
Fold in crackers, vanilla and pecans.
Bake
in lightly greased 7 x 11-inch pan for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool completely.
