Potato Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion
1 stem celery
10 medium potatoes
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3/4 loaf bread or 8 rolls
1 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Saute onion and celery for 3 minutes.
Make filling out of onion, celery, bread, salt and pepper.
Mash the potatoes and add eggs, filling and milk together.
Bake until brown on top, 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with gravy.
