Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil.
Add eggs; beat well.
Sift dry ingredients and add to other mixture.
Add carrots and beat well.
Add pecans. Bake in greased and floured pan for about 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
