Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 bell peppers
    2 onions
    1 stalk celery
    1 clove garlic
    2 lb. shrimp, cleaned
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Coarsely chop peppers, onions, celery and garlic.
    Saute in hot grease until tender.
    Add shrimp.
    Cook slowly until pink.
