Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can chick-peas
    3 garlic cloves
    juice 1 lemon
    1/2 c. tahini
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    sweet paprika
    parsley
Preparation
    Put first 4 ingredients in food processor.
    When it's like a spread, taste it and add salt and pepper.
    Add 1/4 cup water to the spread; taste again, add tahini.
    Serve the Humus on a plate.
    Put olive oil in the middle, paprika and a leaf of parsley for decoration.
    Dip pieces of pita bread in Humus.
