Country Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green beans, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped fully cooked ham
1/4 stick butter or margarine
1/4 c. water
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
