Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular or hot sausage, browned and drained well
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
    1 c milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    6 slices wheat bread, torn up
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Add beaten eggs, cheese, milk, salt, mustard, pepper and bread.
    Beat with an eggbeater.
    Pour in casserole dish, cover and leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    May be frozen.
    Great for breakfast or brunch.
