Soy Grits Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 small onion
    1 Tbsp. vegetable seasoning
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk (soy or dairy)
Preparation
    Cook grits with salt in boiling water until dry.
    Run crumbs and onion through food chopper.
    Add to cooked grits with seasoning, beaten eggs and milk.
    Mix well.
