Layered Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. spinach (optional)
1 medium lettuce, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 lb. bacon
1 c. green onions, thinly sliced
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen peas
Preparation
-
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer spinach, lettuce, egg slices, onions and peas.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce together and spread over salad.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
