Country Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
canola oil or vegetable oil
salt
pepper
flour
Preparation
-
Put oil in black iron skillet.
Turn to medium heat.
Salt and pepper chicken pieces.
Roll in flour.
Put in skillet.
Lightly brown on one side.
Turn chicken.
Put lid on pan.
Turn down heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Take lid off of chicken; turn up heat and brown chicken golden brown, turning chicken often.
Chicken will be good and done when deep golden brown.
