Chicken-Veggie Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 onions
3 carrots
1 c. celery tops
4 medium potatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/3 lb. vermicelli
1 c. rice
1 head cabbage
red pepper
4 turnips
10 lb. chicken
1 can mixed veggies
1 can corn
1 can green beans
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 c. green onion
Preparation

The purchase weight of 10 pounds of chicken decreases after boiling and removing bones, skin and fat.
Chop all vegetables. Boil all ingredients in at least 1 gallon of water. Add more water, if necessary.
Boil for 1 hour.
