Peanut Butter Cup Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    sugar
    about 30 peanut butter miniature cups
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large mixer bowl, cream peanut butter, shortening, 1/3 cup sugar and brown sugar.
    Add egg, milk and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture, blending thoroughly.
    Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Roll in sugar.
