Cheese Bake Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 onion
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of red pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice raw potatoes and onion; cook until done.
    Drain.
    Mix other ingredients in saucepan.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour over cooked potatoes.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
