Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Put nuts in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put coconut on top of nuts.
Mix cake mix as directed on box and pour on top of nuts and coconut.
Mix cream cheese and margarine on low heat until mixed. Stir in confectioners sugar.
Stir until smooth.
Pour over batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cut heat to 325\u00b0 if using Pyrex dish.
