Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet; drain. Put in bowl with everything else. Stir. Put in casserole dish. Cook 7 minutes on full power, then stir (use microwave). Cook 7 more minutes. Can be done the night before and then warmed up. Yield: 6 servings. Temperature: high. Time: 14 minutes.
