Patato Keftedes(Potato Balls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, boiled and peeled
    1 oz. butter, melted
    salt and pepper
    3 sprigs parsley, chopped
    3 spring onions, chopped
    4 tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
    1 c. flour
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Mash the potatoes; add all the ingredients and mix well. Knead lightly.
    With hands dusted a little with flour, roll the mixture into balls and then flatten them into rounds.
    In a large frying pan, heat the oil and fry them until they are golden brown.
