Old Fashioned Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. light cream
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Add cabbage to melted butter in a large frying pan.
Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, adding salt and paprika after cabbage starts to simmer.
When cabbage is tender, not mushy, combine cream and vinegar.
Stir in gently.
Serve piping hot.
