Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 c. Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    dash or 2 of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly. Beat in both cheeses, flour, salt and pepper.
    Drain broccoli well, patting dry with paper towels.
    Stir into egg mixture.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish, spreading evenly with a spoon.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until mixture is firm.
    Loosen edges with spatula.
    Slice and serve.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
