Cabbage-Olive Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hard-cooked egg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 c. shredded cabbage
    1 small can chopped olives
    1 small jar drained and chopped pimentos
    1 green onion with top, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In large bowl mash the egg until well crumbled.
    Blend in oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, pimento and onion.
    Add cabbage and olives. Toss to mix.
    Serve in lettuce cups.
