Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. light corn syrup
    3/4 c. quick oatmeal, uncooked
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Put brown and white sugar, butter and egg into a bowl and mix well.
    Then add syrup, oatmeal, coconut and milk.
    Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Top with a dollop of Cool Whip or whipped cream, if desired.
