Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    berries or chunks of fruit (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs well (use hand-held eggbeater).
    Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto pregreased, preheated griddle.
