Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, diced
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown pork;
    drain
    fat.
    Bring
    4 cups water to a boil and add bouillon cubes.
    Let dissolve.
    Pour 2 cups broth over meat, reserving
    2 cups.
    Cook until meat is tender and liquid is absorbed.
    For
    the
    sauce, add cornstarch, vinegar, brown sugar, soy
    sauce
    and pineapple juice to the reserved broth. Cook
    until thick and bubbly.
    Prepare Minute rice.
    Add green peppers, onions and pineapple chunks to meat.
    Stir-fry for 3 to 4
    minutes until
    tender.
    Add
    sauce and serve over rice. Add soy sauce to taste, if desired.
