Mamie'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar together.
    Add beaten egg, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Mix and add flour (may need more flour for a stiff enough dough to roll out).
    Bake at 275\u00b0 until edges are brown.
