Fresh Pork Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 pork butts or 5-inch pork or 5 deer meat
1 ice water
3 oz. salt (6 Tbsp.)
1/2 oz. sugar (1 Tbsp.)
1/2 oz. pepper (1 Tbsp.)
1/8 oz. marjoram (1 heaping tsp.)
1/2 oz. fresh garlic (2 good sized buds)

Garlic should be chopped very fine with a knife or pulverized in a blender.
