Mark'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can water (paste)
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, pressed
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 tsp. fennel seed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    In Dutch
    oven,
    brown
    in olive oil ground beef, onion and garlic.
    Add
    sauce,
    paste
    and water and then add spices and cheese.
    Cook
    over
    low for 2 hours or until cooked down. Add red wine and cook another hour.
    Use for any pasta dish.
