Chicken Yum-Yum Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) jars chicken or equal amount fresh cooked chicken (1 1/2 c. or more)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms
2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (optional)
1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except potato chips.
Put in baking dish (greased).
Cover with crushed potato chips.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
