No Peek Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 can water
    parsley flakes
    dash of curry
    1 envelope onion soup mix (Lipton)
    6 large half chicken breasts (may use boned)
    1 small pkg. or 1 1/3 c. Minute rice or mixed wild rice
Preparation
    Mix rice, soup, water, parsley and curry in well buttered casserole.
    Lay chicken on top.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
    Seal tightly with heavy-duty foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/4 hours.
    Don't peek.
    Slivered, toasted almonds may be sprinkled over the top just before serving.
    This is a never fail casserole when you have guests and want to take the work out of cooking.
    Serve with a green vegetable, tossed salad and dessert.
