Snow Pea Salad(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. snow peas
    2 large red or green bell peppers, sliced into rings
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/3 c. walnut or sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Blanch snow peas 1 to 2 minutes.
    Drain.
    Rinse with cold running water to stop cooking.
    Let cool.
    In a large glass bowl, combine snow peas, pepper rings and mushrooms.
    In a small container, combine oil, vinegar, sugar and lemon juice.
    Just before serving, toss vegetable mixture with oil mixture.
    Sprinkle sesame seed on top.
