"Souped Up" Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops (salt if desired)
    mustard
    flour
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Rub mustard on both sides of chops.
    Roll in flour and brown on both sides.
    Drain off fat.
    Add chicken gumbo soup and cream of chicken soup.
    Cover and cook on low heat until tender or bake in oven about 35 minutes.
    Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed rice.
