Minute Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. finely cut chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. nutmeats (optional)
Preparation
    Place chocolate in saucepan along with sugar, milk, shortening and salt.
    Bring slowly to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute.
    Add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
    Nutmeats can be added before pouring on cake.
