Chicken Wings Chinese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce
    5 lb. chicken wings
Preparation
    Soak wings in cold water with garlic powder for 1 hour.
    Lay on paper towels to get water out.
    Pat dry, then add to marinade. Marinate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
