Banana Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cream margarine, shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one.
Add dry ingredients slowly.
Fold in bananas and nuts.
Pour into large tube cake pan, greased and floured, and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
