Pineapple Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple juice
    2 qt. ginger ale
    2 pt. size cartons lime sherbet
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in pineapple juice.
    Mix ginger ale to this. Place sherbet in punch bowl or large pitcher.
    Pour juice-ginger ale over.
    Stir slightly and use ladle to dip and serve.
