Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato
    1 medium jar peanut butter
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Boil potato until soft.
    Pour off water and mash potato.
    Add sugar, a little at a time.
    It is very stiff.
    Roll out 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread peanut butter on dough.
    Roll up and place in refrigerator.
    Slice as needed.
