Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cottage cheese
    4 oz. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    2 pkg. Equal
    2 slices pineapple
Preparation
    In small pan, soften gelatin in orange and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Place cottage cheese and sweetener in blender.
    Blend until smoother.
    Add juice.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add juice.
    Blend.
    Pour into small round cake pan. Refrigerate until firm.
    This equals two fruits and a lunch protein.
