Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large angel food cake
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 small can crushed strawberries, thawed
Preparation
    Break cake into small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into angel food cake pan and freeze.
    Unmold by quickly dipping pan in hot water.
    Turn out and slice.
    This may be kept frozen for weeks.
