Chili(Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. red pepper
    2 (26 oz.) cans tomato soup
    3 cans Brooks chili beans
    4 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 soup can water
    2 cloves garlic
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef, onions and green pepper.
    Put other ingredients in pot and mix.
    Add meat mixture.
    Cook 30 to 40 minutes.
