Stuffed Italian Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Ricotta
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Parmesan, grated
1 c. bread crumbs
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground Italian sausage
1 (12 oz.) pkg. manicotti noodles
1 (27 oz.) can spaghetti sauce or your favorite homemade sauce
Preparation

In large pot, cook manicotti noodles, a few at a time, in salted water.
Lift out with a slotted spoon so as not to break. Place in large bowl with cold water.
