Easy Rice And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion, sauteed in 1 stick butter
    2 c. rice (Minute)
    1 pkg. California Blend frozen vegetables
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Saute onions and butter until done.
    Pour 2 cups Minute rice in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour the sauteed onions in over the rice.
    Cover with California Blend.
    Mix mushroom soup and water. Pour over vegetables.
    Spoon Cheez Whiz over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
