Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
1 medium onion, chopped (optional) or onion flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Mix grated cheese, 1 stick melted butter, soup, water, onion and sour cream together and pour over hash browns in a 9 x 12-inch dish.
Spread crumbs over top and then pour 1/2 stick butter over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
