Quick Chocolate Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat together the brown sugar, sour cream and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients and beat well.
    Turn into a 5 x 9-inch greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in center.
